Candidate Profile

A candidate Bachelor of Architects with minimum 25-30 years’ hands on experience in   Conceptualization/Design Development, Architecture Project Management, Construction Management in mass housing/ high rise residential projects.

 KEY Role and Deliverables

  • Site potential analysis, concept design as per business requirements, formulating project brief, management of design development, construction documentation and site-coordination.
  • Co-ordination with all external & internal agencies, including design architects, services consultants, zonal execution heads, store design teams, statutory liaison agencies, project planners, material & equipment vendors, financial department, business heads and the top management
  • Responsible for design deliveries of concept, schematic and detail design and construction drawing packages for individual projects.
  • Standardize Design Outputs and Design Review Process

Skills

  • Expert in planning, executing & providing guidance to construction projects involving contract administration, resource planning with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies / techniques in compliance with quality standards
  • Design Conceptualization, Design Development and Construction Documentation for all projects

Functional:

  • Manage and oversee the daily Operations of Account Dept. of Manufacturing Divisions.
  • Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
  • Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register and depreciation schedule
  • G/L account reconciliation and ledger scrutiny of accounts
  • Ledger Scrutiny of accounts and ensuring accounts in accordance with the accounting standards

MIS and Financials

  • Preparation & Presentation of Monthly MIS report according Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Handling activities of Mfg. division such as invoice booking, regulating vendor and client’s payments, (Receivables and Payables) & preparation of MIS at month end
  • Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register and depreciation schedule
  • G/L account reconciliation and ledger scrutiny of accounts
  • Ledger Scrutiny of accounts and ensuring accounts in accordance with the accounting standards
  • Ensure completeness of books of accounts

Financial Management Accounting:

  • Preparation of detailed yearly financial plan/budget (AOP) and variance analysis
  • Calculation of overheads & calculation of product pricing for trading & manufacturing segments
  • Computation of R&D project costs and preparation of monthly internal management report
  • Check margin of customer’s order & credit limit and accordingly release sales order

Treasury:

  • Preparation of projected & actual cash flow statement and managing cash flow
  • Co-ordinate with banks for Inward & Outward remittances and Letter of Credit (LC)

Taxation:

  • Computation of Excise & Service tax liability and co-ordinate with consultant for filing return
  • Check computation of VAT/CST and co-ordinate with consultant for filing return
  • Check monthly TDS computation, making payments and filing of TDS returns
